Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI have been to this café many times over the years, and while it used to be good, the service and quality have declined significantly. During my last visit for lunch, I paid $19.50 for a burger (without any chips or sides) and $10 for a juice. These prices are outrageously high, and I can no longer justify them. The burger was tough and fatty, with very little filling. The service has deteriorated over the years, with both the waiting and kitchen staff being rude, ignoring customers, and failing to attend to their needs. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like napkins and water, as the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. While this place has potential, the food quality has deteriorated to the point where I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
This assessment refers only to food business. we were thrilled for the first time in the food business today. first we could not see the bone broth area of the refrigerator, as there were two young weibchen, who were sturdy and loud about bad treatment from another. female employees (possibly manager?. they stayed there between 5 10 minutes and we could not access the refrigerator. next I saw an older hired (40’s 50s to walk to me. I said, "Excuse me, that you... and that's as far as I am. the woman cut me off and announced loudly that she "follow a phone order" as she marched past me with the tempo. she didn't stop or slow down. She didn't try to serve me, or someone who serves me or even indicates she's back. I saw her later in the load, she still did not approach me or offers help. therefore I have not bought the article I was looking for; her loss, the money stayed in my pocket. She made me embarrassed that I was there at all, and last we approached the checkouts there were two girls who serve without customers. we had to wait for them to finish their conversation before we were served, we felt that we had them uncomfortable. I gave the dame my reusable bag and it was made clear that I had to pack my own (approved that I was very pregnant and had to take a 2 year old juggen.) she then went through the next customer elements on my top when I tried to get my food elements from the cash. no smile, definitiw no service and yet expensive. extremely disappointing! this memory does not reflect any organic values in its service. you will get a better service from a self service checkout in a chain market. it is such a scandal because it is a big load with a great selection, and light enough staff to manage it. but it is unlikely that I will ever be back, no customer deserves this kind of treatment. I felt like an inconvenience for the staff who works there.
Seriously not impressed by some of the coworkers in caffe. for example, today I ordered a small mandel flat white. out is big. I asked politely that it would be exchanged. the coffee came back and was so obvious only. ribbed into a small cup instead of making scratch after order. so a no for barista. tassen and empty dishes will go past the table for old and zero service of waiting staff to clarify. so many games. I really don't think I was wasting my money here. it was my favorite place to come. but I'm not interested in paying top dollars for bad service.
Coffee is average, but juice is always amazing and fresh, so I decide in the rule for juice or a smoothie. delicious and the personal are always amazing.
Arrived early for lunch, not busy most just having coffee, ordered cold salads straight from the fridge display, took 15 mins why ? there was a heap of staff. Very nice food and only $11 for good size bowl of 2 mixed salads....There was regular confusion with a lot of other people's orders and table numbers how ? you order with your table number but staff wandered around asking different tables. Not much smiling going on. Small problems that could be easily fixed but we still enjoyed it. Good place to visit with organic supermarket garden centre next door.
