We were so excited to come back to Terry’s because the first experience was great, but this time was a colossal disappointment. Jason was our server. I asked if the Philly came with peppers and mushrooms, but was told it does not. They offer other sandwiches with mushrooms and peppers but for some reason I can’t add it to the Philly? Makes no sense. I asked if I could get two baked potatoes with the large sirloin dinner, I was told no. I asked if I could get French fried and a baked potato, I was told I couldn’t have two hot sides with a dinner. I’ve never heard of that ridiculousness. I asked if I could get the baked potato loaded, I was told I could get butter and sour cream, but they don’t have shredded cheese for the potato. Okay can’t you add a slice of cheese? Jason was the least accommodating server I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. I ended up asking for our check to be canceled and left.
