A great place for a light bite and a drink in front of the theater. very nice selection of wines on glass.

We eat every night at liquid assets when our daughter visits. she is zöliakie and liquid assets is a safe and tasty restaurant for us to feed. we love the burgers who are fabulous. this time we had dessert the brownie and the lemon cake. both were wonderful! during our recent visit, we had a big, soothing talk about the safety of their kitchen in the sight of gluten contamination with the owner/manager, who was so friendly and understanding. I would recommend this restaurant for everyone, but for someone who can't eat gluten it is excellent. beautiful atmosphere, great eating and thoughtful, personal service!

A great way to spend a few hours in ashland if you don't have to rush to the theatre. the simple menu is excellent and they have a fine selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

The meal was excellent, and the wine list is amazing. We recommend Liquid Assets highly!
