Tripadvisor proposes that one should comment on the meal, the ambience and the service, and I agree since this time they just converged at a high level. The meal, classic Piemonte food, well prepared with a lot of care. We picked simple dishes and was pleasantly surprised. Somehow we ended up getting a lot oof desserts on th etable too, due to the enthusiastic waiters. That brings us to the service. It was involved this day. Dressed in classic attire with classic calm but attentive service. Just something you don't see very often but will be happy when you do. Finally the ambience, was of small town hotel of yesteryear. Everything well kept, but somehow transported from the 50's or 60's. Lovely! Will make sure to return to see if they can pull it off again, this luch with friends was really, really good.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante, eravamo in 52 persone, abbiamo pranzato benissimo, oltre agli antipasti, il primo piatto fatto di pasta fresca, sicuramente fatta da loro, semplicemente divina, poi brasato, ed infine dolce fatto artigianalmente, per finire caffè e digestivo, il tutto servito da soli due camerieri, una donna che serviva al nostro tavolo, ed un suo collega che serviva l'altro tavolo, complimenti a loro, alla loro cortesia e bravura, ma soprattutto per la loro solerzia, sembrava volassero tra una portata e l'altra, tanto erano veloci, e complimenti anche allo chef, che ha preparato il tutto, 5 stelle meritatissime
