Casey's General Store - Cozad

I come here quite often but I’m thinking about changing that, we ordered a pizza and it turned out to be a “free box top pizza” so it was free, we gave jalen the cashier the receipt for the free pizza that had been ordered and taken care of online, just gave her the receipt to prove it was taken care of, 5 minutes later I have the guy who made the pizza call and say jalen said we had stolen it, so I cleared everything up with the guy on the phone and then 5 minutes after that had been sorted out she had people start personally messaging me! This is very unprofessional considering she had someone who didn’t even work at Casey’s message me about it. She’s very unprofessional, rude, and the way she acts is like she’s on something. She ruined my Casey’s experience and something needs done.

Never a problem here. It’s my regular stop on my usual travels. Always a good vibe and clean place. Cashiers are always kind and often very sweet. Have no intention on stopping anywhere else. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love stopping at Casey's when I can being from Missouri but living in Wyoming I only stop when I'm on the road driving truck. This Casey's is probably the worst one I stop at especially the last few times I've came in it's either been the trucks blocking the fuel lanes so I can't get thru to park out of the way or I wait to get thru and no parking which isn't a big deal being it's not a big lot to begin with. Just the fact I have to wait for trucks to move because no one is forcing them to stay out of the way so I can do what I need and leave. I stopped here today because it has been awhile since my last attempt with parking and fuel lane issues. My main goal for today was food and soda but due to maintenance the kitchen is closed so no food aside from cold food and snacks which if I wanted that a rest area would have been good enough since that's basically what's in my truck. Just got a soda but I'll definitely think twice before stopping here again Iowa locations are much better for truckers as far as truck friendly parking lots go. I'll still support Casey's just this location has been hit and miss for me.
