Chilito's Seafood - Gretna

I work in the government building right next to the place, my lunch time starts exactly at 11:50 am and ends 1pm. I went to order a quesadilla to eat there, keep in mind that the place only had another table of 4 guys drinking beers. I waited almost a whole hour and still didn’t receive any food besides chips and salsa… The guys at the table weren’t receiving anything either so i didn't want to be rude and walk out. I went up to one of the ladies who worked there and before i can say anything she had an attitude saying for me to be patient. I let her know i had to be at work for 1 and it was 15 minutes till i go back in. I offered to still pay for my food but the attitude and non chalantness made me walk out. Thank god im not from this area, seems like a lot of these restaurants are similar.

It's been two times that this place has scammed us out of the VIP tables we bought. The first time we bought it and they sold it, and they brought another table with chairs and they packed us in so tight that you couldn't even see the band well. Today this old man in a hat told us that the waitresses had sold our table by accident but that they would accommodate us when we crossed. Who did they sell it to you ask? Well, more than himself with his friends hahaha

Be careful when reserving tables for events. There have been 2 concerts we go to and we always buy tables and both times we have had problems. The first, we asked for a VIP table and when we went they no longer had one and they made us a table where nothing could be seen. The second time we went and bought another VIP table. When we were the one we had chosen, they had “unintentionally” given it to us. Which seems very strange to me because people who worked there and their friends were sitting there... You can't do it like that.

Extremely pricing. $60 for 2 nachos and a quesdilla that was not even good. Food tasted like $10 a dish.Headed this way because el patron was So booked and busy. Shoulda just waited there. Eh.

Bad and late service, several of us arrived, we ordered meals, a group of approximately 8 people, I ordered a soup and everyone's food arrived except my soup, everyone finished eating and my soup never arrived, I had to say that they better make it for me to take away ?
