Pit Stop Bbq - Knoxville

I’ve been dropping by here since 2019. When I worked in Knoxville I was even known to stop about every other week on my way home. It’s fast, reasonable and good. I’ve not had anything I didn’t like and there have been a couple different cooks and it’s changed hands once but it has stayed consistently good. They stick with what works.Food: 5/5

One of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever had! The fried tomatoes, pickles, and pies were amazing too. The lady taking our order was very friendly and helpful. Love this place!

I have never had a bad experience getting food from here. Best BBQ in knoxville. Hands down. I am always willing to find a new bbq place to dethrone it, but so far it hasn't been done. If you order both of his bbq sauces on your sandwich it makes it even better. The other day I got my typical pulled pork sandwich with both sauces and hush puppies, and my mother went with me this time and ordered the Philly cheesesteak. I ended up getting half of her sandwich and let me tell you, that sandwich was fantastic as well. 5 star across the board. Everytime. My ONLY complaint about pit stop is the days it's closed lol.Ps try their brownies.
