The starter was an asparagus terrine and smoked salmon. A perfectly successful veal carré with morels and risotto, with a pear sorbet in between. The dessert was also very good. The open wines were freshly opened. The crowning glory of the whole thing could be described as the friendly and skilful service of the young server. Good to come back.
