"we wandered around them and thought to get on this steadbuffet pommes. we were surprised that they offered two vegan meals. I really didn't expect it. we ordered the burger and the fallafel. Both were Suer-Yummy. we can recommend it completely."

"we were some people at midday there, service very friendly, the fish foods have tasted us so much (although there is your own fish pond), anyway it was better!the menu is very clear, so rather small.Leider there is no wild dishes, although in the next environment there is a wildlife....but we are coming back to it because we are convinced that we are not really happy."

"Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und schön. Besonders beeindruckend ist der neue Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstück war gut. Leider habe ich dort nicht zu Abend gegessen, werde es aber bestimmt das nächste mal machen. gerne wieder"

"Had a good lunch at the Goldener Lowe. Nice friendly place. A very good selection of food on the menu and staff very helpful. They also serve day menus which are very worth it. I had a mixed grill whilst my friends had other different dishes and all were happy with their choice. The view outside is also nice as the restaurant is just opposite the Basilica."

"I had a very tasty goulasch; meat very tender and plenty sauce and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. Kids had spaghetti with tomato sauce (didnt like the sauce and we had to ask for a bowl of plain spaghetti) and Wienerschnitzel and chips. My glass of Almdudler was slightly on the flat side but that would be my only niggle."

"Das Kaffeehaus und Hotel Pirker ist bei weitem überbewertet. Vielleicht war es einmal gut-ist aber nicht mehr! Frühstück wenn man nicht Hotelgast ist, ist mühsam. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und mussten trotzdem 20 Minuten auf Bestellung warten. Sehr überteuert. In Mariazell ist es mittlerweile am Besten wenn man sich selbst verpflegt!"

"we're getting starved from the high. immediately after the seebergsattel (in the direction mariazell) lies the friendly gas house. it is served an excellent eating."
