Subway - Vernon

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and I really enjoyed my interaction with them.

This restaurant always provides a good experience with amazing customer service. The manager seems like they were born to be in customer service, as they are a fantastic people person. I only gave it 4 stars because it is really cramped and small. The line to order and the crowd of people waiting for their food often mix together, making it hard to tell where the line ends. However, overall it is top notch for a fast food restaurant.

Also with the new reno and the products is nothing fantastic, but it is what they expect from a subway. service was fast tho not excessively personable.

It was okay. one of the employees was kind of rude second that my mother ordered in the law, a few minutes after me.

In the last months this location has improved. the people who work here seem good to listen and try. the new layout is better suited for the volume of traffic they receive, although it would certainly benefit from a larger space. after my earlier frustrations with the personal here I order quite exclusively the app, but when I ordered in the load, lisa was always fantastic.
