The food I ordered was cold and tasteless. In addition, the staff on the phone was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for a solution to the long wait and only received irritated responses. As if it was my fault that they have too few staff. But the worst part was the delivery. It took almost two hours for my food to finally be delivered. I will never order from Jaxons again and highly recommend it to others. Bad service and cold food, not recommended!
